The Editorial Board of the scientific journal Acta Academiae Beregsasiensis. Economics is pleased to announce that the journal has successfully passed the evaluation process under the updated requirements of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and has been included in the List of Scientific Professional Publications of Ukraine, Category B. The corresponding decision was approved by the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 928 of 11 June 2026, “On the Inclusion of Scientific Periodicals in the List of Ukrainian Scholarly Journals with the Assignment of Category B”.
According to the Order, the journal’s status as a Category B scholarly journal has been confirmed for the period from 1 June 2026 to 31 May 2029.
The 2026 revision of the List was conducted in accordance with newly introduced rules and evaluation criteria for scholarly periodicals. The assessment process considered the quality of editorial practices, adherence to the principles of academic integrity, the standard of peer review, the journal’s international visibility, the transparency of editorial procedures, and other indicators reflecting compliance with contemporary standards of scholarly publishing.
The successful completion of the evaluation process and the journal’s inclusion in the updated List of Ukrainian Category B Scholarly Journals constitute an important confirmation of its compliance with established requirements and the high standards of academic publishing. This achievement is the result of the consistent efforts of the Editorial Board to ensure the quality of published research and to strengthen the journal’s position as a modern platform for the dissemination of scholarly findings.
