Double degree programme

Ferenc Rákóczi II Transcarpathian Hungarian University and Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest are implementing a double degree programme that opens up new opportunities for students of our institution.

The double degree programme has been introduced on the basis of a jointly agreed curriculum. Its aim is to provide talented young people with high-quality, competitive knowledge in computer science and to ensure their participation in practice-oriented education.

Starting from September 2025, students enrolled in the Secondary Education (Computer Science) programme at Ferenc Rákóczi II Transcarpathian Hungarian University have the opportunity to join the double degree programme and simultaneously pursue studies in Software Engineering at Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest.

The double degree programme enables students to complete courses and educational components at both institutions, broadening their professional knowledge and developing practical competencies. The programme contributes to the modernisation of computer science teacher education in the region and provides future professionals with competitive employment opportunities.
