In 2018, the property located on Melioratoriv Street in Velyka Dobron’ was reconstructed. The university leases the second floor of the building, which has a total area of 354 $m^2$, from the village council. This facility houses the training kitchens for the “Ede Egan” Vocational Training Center as well as the Velyka Dobron’ branch of the “Tulipán Tanoda” after-school education institution.
The complete reconstruction of the building was finished in 2020, with the ceremonial opening held on October 9, 2020. The “Tulipán Tanoda” branch provides students with the opportunity to study Hungarian folk culture. Currently, instruction is offered in three specialties: Hungarian folk dance, folk violin, and the Hungarian zither.
