“Egan Ede” Vocational Training Center, Piterfolvo — Academic Building

The building was originally constructed in the 1970s to serve as a collective farm office. Before being purchased by the university in 2017, the two-story structure had stood vacant for a decade and was in very poor condition, with an initial area of 932 $m^2$. Following the addition of a third floor and a complete reconstruction, the total area increased to over 1,320 $m^2$.
The renovation was completed in the summer of 2020, and the ceremonial opening took place on October 8, 2020. Additionally, this educational center houses a local branch of the “Tulipán Tanoda” after-school education institution.
