Department of International Projects, Tender Applications and Funding Programmes
The Department of International Projects, Tender Applications and Funding Programmes is one of the key structural units of Ferenc Rákóczi II Transcarpathian Hungarian University, responsible for supporting the University’s international cooperation and development activities. The Department coordinates the preparation and implementation of national and international grant and tender projects, continuously monitors funding opportunities, and provides administrative and organizational support throughout the project lifecycle.
The Department works closely with the University’s structural units and affiliated institutions, as well as with national and international partner organizations, in order to support the achievement of the University’s educational, research, and innovation objectives.
Main Objective of the Department
To promote the development of the University’s international project activities and facilitate the effective acquisition of national and international funding opportunities.
To support educational, research, and innovation initiatives by identifying funding opportunities, coordinating the preparation of project proposals, and providing professional support throughout all stages of project implementation.
To strengthen international partnerships and enhance the University’s presence in the international academic and research community.
Main Responsibilities of the Department
- monitoring and analysing national and international grant, tender, and funding opportunities;
- informing the University’s organisational units about available funding programmes and project opportunities;
- coordinating the preparation of grant applications, project proposals, and related documentation;
- providing organisational and administrative support for the implementation of international projects;
- maintaining cooperation with national and international partner institutions, funding organisations, donors, and project consortia;
- assisting in the preparation of cooperation agreements, project documentation, and other official documents;
- supporting the financial and administrative management of projects in accordance with funding programme requirements;
- maintaining records of the University’s international project activities and preparing the necessary reports;
