The construction process took place from October 2013 to December 2014 based on the architectural designs of Vladyslav Hanzel. The building’s central facade is characterized by protruding risalits and high mansard roofs, while decorative tympanums are positioned above the first-floor windows. Structurally, the building features a reinforced concrete frame with “Ytong” filling. It is fully connected to all municipal utility networks, including water and sewage, and utilizes a centralized heating system equipped with a gas boiler.
