Division of Personnel Management

The Division of Personnel Management is a structural unit of the Ferenc Rakoczi II Transcarpathian Hungarian University. Its operations are governed by the Labor Code of Ukraine, resolutions of the Verkhovna Rada and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, and decrees of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.

The main tasks of the Division of Personnel Management include:

  • Organizing the registration of employees working in the departments and organizational units of the university.
  • Implementing measures to protect the personal data of all university employees.
  • Maintaining personnel files for academic, research, and teaching staff, as well as other employees, and recording changes related to their employment.
  • Announcing vacancies for academic, research, teaching, and other positions.
  • Managing documents related to hiring, transfer, reassignment, and dismissal of employees, and issuing necessary certificates.
  • Maintaining employee records, compiling statements, and registering management orders related to core activities, personnel, leave, and business trips.
  • Certifying copies of documents and authenticating the signatures of academic, research, and teaching staff.
  • Entering data of academic and research staff into the Unified State Electronic Database on Education (UEDEBO).
  • Preparing, storing, and issuing extracts from employment record books regarding periods of employment.
  • Preparing and issuing employment record extracts for employees.
  • Sending employment information to the pension fund.
  • Preparing documents and forwarding them to the archives.
