Special Health Care Service

The Health Clinic of the Ferenc Rakoczi II Transcarpathian Hungarian University provides preventive healthcare services for members of the university community within the framework of primary healthcare. To this end, a health clinic operates in Building No. 2 of the Kölcsey Ferenc Professional Boarding School for students and university staff, offering first aid, emergency care, and health counseling.

If necessary, the nurse can be called to the scene of a medical issue or accident within the university’s premises.

The clinic room meets all health and hygiene standards and is equipped with the necessary furnishings and tools to ensure an appropriate standard of patient care.

Location of the medical clinic: Kölcsey Ferenc Professional Boarding School, Building No. 2, 1st floor, room 109.

The health clinic is staffed by an experienced and qualified nurse, Natália Gajdos, who is always ready to help. When necessary, she also performs various nursing duties, such as measuring blood pressure, checking blood sugar levels, treating minor wounds, and taking temperatures. An important part of her work is to raise awareness within the university community about the importance of a healthy lifestyle and preventive measures to avoid chronic and infectious diseases.
