Division of Students’ Contingent
This division is responsible for ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of both full-time and correspondence programs. It collaborates in the organizational and administrative tasks related to education and training in accordance with current regulations, provides the necessary technical and administrative support for the learning process, and manages all aspects of student academic and examination administration, as well as the admission process for prospective students.
The activities of the Division of Students’ Contingent can be divided into two main parts:
- Enrollment tasks (from application to admission and registration).
- Academic and administrative student services (receiving and informing students, handling their cases, preparing decisions for petitions submitted to the College Council and the Academic and Credit Transfer Committee, keeping records of changes in student numbers, preparing central statistics, managing student personal documents, performing administrative tasks, maintaining student records, managing and archiving databases, preparing and distributing grade books and student ID cards, managing archives, creating class and exam schedules, recording student exam results, coordinating and verifying the payment of retake exam fees, closing grade books, handling final exam procedures, applying for student IDs and diplomas, career tracking of graduates, participating in the work of the College Council, the Academic and Credit Transfer Committee, and the Admissions Committee, etc.).
