On 27 May 2026, students of the Hungarian Language and Literature and Ukrainian Language and Literature programmes of the Department of Philology at Ferenc Rákóczi II Transcarpathian Hungarian University took part in a professional orientation visit organised by the Department of Education, Science, Youth and Sport of the Regional Military Administration.
The students gained insight into the work of the organisational units of the Regional Military Administration, as well as into the functioning of executive authorities under current conditions. They also became acquainted with the implementation of the region’s youth policy and the activities carried out in the field of international cooperation.
In addition, the organisers delivered a lecture on the history of the region’s social and political structure, during which the students were able to learn more about the characteristics of Transcarpathia’s development across different historical periods.
