On 26 March 2026, participants of the student research clubs of the Department of Accounting and Auditing of Rákóczi University attended the 2nd International Scientific Conference “Biogeosphere and Socium”, held at Rákóczi University.
The Department of Accounting and Auditing places great emphasis on the development of student research. The Department runs student research clubs for both bachelor’s and master’s degree students, contributing to the deepening of professional knowledge, the development of analytical thinking, and the acquisition of research skills.
For bachelor’s degree students, the research club “Research on the Accounting, Financial and Economic Aspects of the Functioning of Business Entities at the Micro-, Meso- and Macroeconomic Levels” operates under the supervision of Dr Gabriella Loskorikh and Dr Kateryna Sochka. For master’s degree students, the research club “Development of Accounting, Analysis, Auditing and Improvement of Taxation in the Context of Ukraine’s Integration into the International Community” is led by Dr Veronika Hanusych.
Participation in the conference provided students with an excellent opportunity to learn about current trends in modern scientific research, broaden their horizons, and become more actively engaged in the academic community.
We would like to thank the organizers for the high standard of the conference, the interesting programme, and for creating valuable opportunities for the scientific development of students.
