Students Explore the Principles of Academic Integrity

Throughout the week, students from all study programmes at Ferenc Rákóczi II Transcarpathian Hungarian University had the opportunity to attend lectures on academic integrity. The sessions were open to students at both bachelor’s and master’s level.

The lectures aimed to raise awareness of the principles of honest and responsible academic work and to help students better understand the ethical issues they may face during their studies and research activities. Topics included avoiding plagiarism, using and citing sources properly, and the responsible and transparent use of artificial intelligence.

By making the lectures available to students across all study programmes at both bachelor’s and master’s level, the University underlined its commitment to ensuring that the principles of academic integrity remain an important part of students’ academic journey throughout their studies.
