Lecturers from the Department of Accounting and Auditing Complete Certified M.E.Doc Training and Qualify to Teach Courses Using the Software

Lecturers from the Department of Accounting and Auditing at Rakoczi University completed a certified theoretical and practical training course in the use of the M.E.Doc software package, which is widely used in Ukraine for accounting, electronic document management, and the preparation and submission of statutory reports.

The participants were Dr Gabriella Loskorikh, PhD in Accounting and Taxation, Associate Professor; Dr Viktoria Makarovych, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor; Dr Veronika Hanusych, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor; and Oksana Perchi, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Accounting and Auditing.

During the course, the lecturers studied the theoretical foundations and practical aspects of using the M.E.Doc software package. They became familiar with its structure, operating principles, and the capabilities of its various functional modules. Particular attention was given to system configuration and administration, reference and master data management, the processing of primary documents, the organisation of electronic document workflows, and the exchange of documents with business partners. The training also covered the preparation, verification and submission of statutory reports, the use of qualified electronic signatures, and electronic communication with regulatory authorities.

The training concluded with a final examination. Successful completion of the course and examination was confirmed by certificates authorising the lecturers to teach academic courses incorporating the use of the M.E.Doc software package. The theoretical knowledge, practical skills and methodological competencies acquired during the training will support the further integration of modern software solutions into the educational process, contribute to updating the content of professionally oriented educational components, and strengthen the practical training of students.
