On 6 October 2026, at the invitation of the Department of Accounting and Finance of Ferenc Rakoczi II Transcarpathian Hungarian University, a guest lecture was held for third-year bachelor’s students studying in the specialities of “Accounting and Taxation” and “Finance, Banking, Insurance and Stock Exchange”.
The invited lecturer was Diana Agababyan, a leading specialist at the LinkosGroup Training Centre and an expert in the implementation and automation of electronic document management and electronic reporting at Ukrainian enterprises. LinkosGroup is a Ukrainian IT company that develops software solutions for businesses, accountants, entrepreneurs and public institutions, including the M.E.Doc software.
The lecture, entitled “Electronic Signature as a Means of Ensuring Information Security”, was presented in the context of modern electronic document management technologies, electronic reporting and the digitalisation of accounting processes within business entities.
During the lecture, students learned about the purpose of electronic signatures and their role in protecting accounting documents and verifying their authenticity. Particular attention was paid to the automation of accounting and tax processes, electronic document exchange between counterparties, and the preparation and submission of reports to regulatory authorities. The practical aspects of these processes were demonstrated through the functional capabilities of M.E.Doc.
The guest lecture marked the beginning of a series of training sessions to be held throughout October and November 2026. Under Diana’s guidance, accounting and finance students will develop practical skills in using M.E.Doc as part of the courses “Enterprise Reporting” and “Financial Accounting and Reporting of Enterprises”. The training will cover software configuration, the preparation and processing of primary accounting documents, work with tax invoices and registers, the preparation, verification, signing and submission of reports, as well as the processing of electronic notifications and acknowledgements related to submitted reports.
We sincerely thank Diana Agababyan for the informative lecture, her professionalism, openness to engaging with students, and willingness to share her practical experience and professional expertise.
