Notice of change of legal entity name

In accordance with the applicable legislation of Ukraine, we hereby officially inform you that the legal status and official name of the legal entity Ferenc Rakoczi II Transcarpathian Hungarian College of Higher Education have changed.

The new, officially registered name of the legal entity (higher education institution) is as follows:

The change has been duly registered in the Unified State Register of Ukraine (USR / ЄДР). The institution’s statutes (founding documents) have been amended accordingly.

Following registration, the new name has also been recorded in the official register of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, as well as in the Unified State Electronic Database on Education (USEED / ЄДЕБО).

Please note that:

  • the institution’s registered seat (legal address) has not changed;
  • the institutional identifier (EDEBO / ЄДЕБО code) remains unchanged;
  • the tax identification number (EDRPOU / ЄДРПОУ code) remains unchanged;
  • the institution’s bank account details (IBAN, SWIFT) also remain unchanged.

All previously concluded contracts, agreements, and other obligations remain valid and will continue to be fully performed; however, from now on they shall be executed under the legal entity’s new name: Ferenc Rakoczi II Transcarpathian Hungarian University.

We kindly request that you use the institution’s new name in all official documents, correspondence, and financial transactions in the future.
