Submission of Applications and Abstracts:
- Participation in the conference requires completing the Application Form (see Appendix 1).
- The application form and the abstract of the presentation must be sent in a single e-mail.
- Submissions should be sent to the conference e-mail address: biogeos.conf@gmail.com.
- After submission, please wait for confirmation of receipt and notification of inclusion in the conference participants’ list.
- Emails that do not include the required attachments may not be considered.
Publications
- An electronic abstract book will be published before the start of the conference (requirements for abstracts are given in Appendix 2).
- Papers based on presentations delivered at the conference may be published in the international scientific journal “Biota. Human. Technology” (https://journal.chnpu.edu.ua/index.php/biota).
Conference Participation Certificate
The conference participation certificate (electronic format) will be sent no later than three weeks after the conclusion of the conference, only to participants who attended the conference either in-person or online, as a presenter or listener. Participants who submit abstracts for publication without attending the conference will not receive a certificate.
Financial Information
- Publication of abstracts is free of charge.
- Publication of papers in the journal “Biota. Human. Technology” is free of charge.
- Accommodation costs must be covered by participants themselves, according to the rates of the hotels or lodgings they independently reserve in Berehove or nearby areas. The conference organizers do not provide assistance with accommodation arrangements.
- An organizational fee of 500 UAH applies to participants attending in person (covering the conference participant package, coffee breaks, lunch, and excursions). Payment details will be sent to potential in-person participants after the evaluation of abstracts and applications.
