Discussion of the Educational and Professional Program “Art. Musical Art” of the First (Bachelor’s) Level of Higher Education

At the Department of Pedagogy, Psychology, Primary, Pre-School Education and Management of Educational Institutions of the Transcarpathian Hungarian Ferenc Rakoczi II University, an open discussion of the educational and professional program “Art. Musical Art” of the first (bachelor`s) level of higher education took place on February 12, 2026.

Representatives of the scientific community, employers, scientific and pedagogical workers of the Department of Pedagogy, Psychology, Primary, Pre-School Education and Management of Educational Institutions, higher education students and representatives of student self-government bodies took part in the public discussion.

The discussion was joined by Oksana Popovych, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor and Dean of the Faculty of Pedagogical Sciences at Mukachevo State University; Tetiana Medvid, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Musical Art, Faculty of Culture and Arts at the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv; Andrea Dzerin, Acting Director of the Center for Professional Development of Pedagogical Staff of the Berehovo City Council, Zakarpattia Oblast; and Erzheibet Fring, teacher of the integrated course “Art” at the Anna Horvat Berehovo Gymnasium of the Berehovo City Council, Zakarpattia oblast.

During the discussion of the educational and professional program, stakeholders emphasized its relevance and noted the compliance of the content with the requirements of the modern labor market.

The organization of the open discussion confirmed the orientation of the Department of Pedagogy, Psychology, Primary, Pre-School Education and Management of Educational Institutions to the implementation of the strategy of systematic quality  monitoring of specialists training. The event demonstrated strict adherence to the principles of transparency and expansion of the vector of inter-institutional interaction with academic partners and representatives of the professional environment.
