Guest Lecture: “Electronic Document Management and Electronic Reporting Using the M.E.Doc Software” for Accounting and Finance Students
On November 4, 2025, at the invitation of the Department of Accounting and Auditing of Ferenc Rákóczi II Transcarpathian Hungarian University, a guest lecture was held for 3rd- and 4th-year bachelor’s students majoring in “Accounting and Taxation” and “Finance, Banking, Insurance and Stock Market.”
The lecture, titled “Electronic Document Management and E-Reporting Using M.E.Doc Software,” took place within the framework of the academic courses “Enterprise Reporting” and “Financial Accounting and Reporting.”
The speaker was Diana Aghababyan, a leading specialist at the Training Center of Linkos Group, the company that developed the M.E.Doc software. Ms. Diana Aghababyan shared her extensive experience in implementing and automating electronic document management and reporting systems and explained the key features and practical aspects of working with M.E.Doc software.
During the lecture, students explored essential topics such as the history of domestic document management, the legislative framework regulating electronic document flow in Ukraine, the role of the electronic signature in document circulation, the e-TTN (electronic consignment note) project, and the procedures for generating and registering tax invoices. Special attention was given to the practical use of M.E.Doc for automating business processes, an important step toward increasing the efficiency of accountants and finance professionals in the digital era.
Throughout November 2025, accounting and finance students will participate in a series of practical training sessions focused on the implementation and automation of electronic document management and electronic reporting within enterprises, conducted by Ms. Diana Aghababyan.
